Welcome to Torn Arts. By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Torn Arts provides professional tattoo services, consultations, and related artwork. All appointments, deposits, pricing, and policies are subject to change at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older with valid government-issued ID to receive a tattoo.
Youth 16+ may be tattooed at the artist/shop discretion, when a birth certificate and valid photo ID for the youth are present. Said youth must have a consenting parent present with their photo ID. A signed consent will be required.
We do not tattoo minors under 16 years of age—no exceptions.
3. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are at the discretion of the artist/shop.
Any collected deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo. If a deposit has been assigned, no appointment is confirmed until a deposit is received, and the requested appointment day/time will be considered available until the deposit payment is remitted.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Changes must comply with our Booking Policy (see below). Failure to follow policy results in forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Artwork & Copyright
All designs created by Torn Arts artists are the intellectual property of the artist.
We do not copy other artists’ work.
Providing reference images helps guide your artist’s design — it does not entitle you to an exact replication.
6. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, disrespect toward staff, unrealistic expectations, or intoxication.
7. Health & Safety
By booking, you confirm you are in good health and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.
8. Results
Every body heals differently, and results vary. Touch-ups may be recommended at your artist’s discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Torn Arts is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or disclosing relevant health information.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of changes.

Torn Arts — BOOKING POLICY

To keep our artists’ schedules running smoothly and respectfully, the following booking rules apply:
1. Deposits
All appointments may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit.
Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo.
Deposits are non-transferable between clients or artists.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Less than 48 hours’ notice results in a lost deposit.
Same-day cancellations = forfeited deposit and a new deposit required to rebook.
3. No-Shows
A no-show results in full loss of the deposit and may prevent future bookings.
4. Pricing
All quotes are estimates. Final pricing depends on time, detail, placement, and how well you sit.
5. Consultations
Some artists require a consultation prior to booking, especially for large-scale or custom projects.
Torn Arts — STUDIO RULES

We’re here to create incredible work—and a safe, respectful space for everyone. Please follow these studio guidelines:
Do not bring children into the studio.
No guests unless approved by your artist (space is limited and privacy matters).
Arrive sober. We cannot tattoo anyone under the influence.
Show up clean and free from heavy fragrances.
Be honest about medications, medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities.
Respect the artists’ space and tools. No touching equipment.
No filming without asking.
Be on time. A late arrival may shorten your session or require rescheduling.
Be kind and respectful to all staff and clients—Torn Arts has zero tolerance for harassment or disrespect.
Follow aftercare instructions exactly. It affects your final result.
